The 1st Annual Jerry McKee Pony Pull was held at the Parkers Crossroads City Park on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Although the International Possum Club has sponsored a pony pull for years, the event was renamed for longtime member, organizer, and club supporter Jerry McKee.
Jerry passed away on December 5, 2020, at age 77, an icon of the community that will long be remembered and missed. His son, Shane McKee, and grandson, Blake Mayfield, stood in as contacts for organizing Saturday’s pull.
