This past Monday night, at the Lexington Soccer Complex, the middle school ladies of the Henderson County United Soccer Team and Lexington Middle School Lady Minutemen met on the soccer field. The faces on the sidelines may look a little different as both teams have a new coaching staff this season. The new head coach for Henderson County United is Morgan Walls and the new coaches for Lexington Middle School are Jeremy Lansing (head coach) and Natalie Salmon. The strong rivalry between the two teams is still the same.
After a full day of rain, off and on, the field conditions were just right for some good ole wet soccer, according to the coaches and players. Both teams fought hard as they were going up against their friends, but in the end LMS came out on top, with the final score of…
