Dangerous Intersection Continues to Plague Lexington

Officials have added more traffic patrols, installed rubble strips, flashing lights, larger “stop” signs, and “High Crash Area” signs but the intersection of Tennessee 22A and the bypass (Tennessee 459) continues to be dangerous.
The latest accident occurred on Friday night, July 24th, before 7:00 p.m. and taxed the resources of the Henderson County Emergency Medical Service, Lexington Police and Fire Departments, Air Evac Lifestream 7 and other emergency responders.
