County Commission Meets, Approves Bond Refinancing

Scott Gibson, Senior Vice-President with Cumberland Securities, came forward during the April 8th County Commission meeting, and said that the county has the opportunity to refinance some outstanding bonds and perhaps save as much as $30,000.00 per year.

The Henderson County Commission met on Monday evening, April 8th for the regular quarterly meeting. Notaries approved were: Terri Austin, Felicia D. Benson, Wendy M. Bromley, Paul Kevin Carter, Sheila K. Doyle, Marshae S. Harris, Samuel W. Hinson, Frances M. Lassiter, Allison P. Martin, Diane McPeake, Daniel J. Perky, Urssula L.
