Lions Split Games With Riverside

The Scotts Hill Lions played rival Riverside on Monday and Tuesday this past week. On Monday, the Lions hosted Riverside and on Tuesday they went on the road. Monday night, the Lions played host and really fell out of the game early. Riverside scored three runs, with two outs, in the first inning. Scotts Hill did answer in some way in the bottom of the first inning. Dale Jowers led off the inning with a single and would score later in the inning, but the Lions still trailed 3-1.
