TSSAA Approves High School Basketball Shot Clock

The news this past week of the adoption of a shot clock in high school hoops brought back memories of a game at Lexington High School where the final score was, get this, 7-4, in overtime.
In 2003, Chester County was playing McNairy County in the Region 6-AA tournament finals at Lexington High School. The win would send the Eaglettes to the State Tournament for the seventeenth time and McNairy was going to try to stop them.
