June Grand Jury Term Hears 39 Cases

The Henderson County Circuit Court grand jury heard only 39 cases for the June term this past week.
The grand jury returned a total of 36 true bills and three “no” bills according to Circuit Court Clerk Beverly Dunaway. Six of the indictments were sealed. Arraignment is set for June 16th.
