Gas Rate Increase Approved, Budgets Debated

The Lexington City Board gave final approval of its Lexington Gas System rate increase during the utilities board meeting on Monday night, June 8th.
The board approved the first reading of the new rate schedule on Thursday, June 4th, and the second reading after a lengthy discussion of department’s budgets and spending on Monday night.
