Former Lexington City Recorder, Cody Wood, has filed a lawsuit for wrongful termination against the city of Lexington in federal court.
According to PACER, the public access to court electronic filing, the lawsuit was filed on Thursday May 21st by Jackson attorney Michael L. Weinman of Weinman and Associates.
