Grand Jury Hears Over 100 Cases, Returns 99 True Bills

The Henderson County Circuit Court grand jury heard 104 cases and returned 99 “true” bills during its session on Monday, March 30th, according to Circuit Court Clerk Beverly Dunaway.
Those indicted will be arraigned before 26th District Court Judge Joseph T. Howell on Thursday, April 9th. The grand jury returned five “no” bills.
At the time of this report, 81 indictments remained sealed.
