Grand Jury Hears 45 Cases, Returns 41 True Bills

The Henderson County grand jury returned 41 “True” bills from the session on Monday, September 18th, according to the Henderson County Circuit Court Clerk’s office.
The grand jury returned four “no true” bills and one was case was not presented. One indictment was sealed.
