Planning Commission Approved Requests

The Lexington Planning Commission heard property owner’s requests for minor subdivision plat changes and recommended a zoning change to the Lexington City Board, at the commission’s meeting, Monday, August 14th.
A request from Barney Myracle to rezone property near Seahorse Drive from R-1 to B-M was approved pending the approval of the Lexington City Board. Myracle plans to build storage buildings on the property. The commission also approved the combination of the lots.
