For Junior and Bonnie Carter, barbeque started with family cookouts, then a food trunk, and now it has become a big business.
Bonnie Carter took a family recipe, tweaked it, and experimented until she came up with a sauce so good that some people drink it right out of the bottle.
Carter says the House of BBQ sauce is made in Tennessee with love. Junior is well known for his whole hog BBQ and he has operated a food truck in Parkers Crossroads.
His wife Bonnie, a Milan High School graduate, is a main driving force in helping grow their business.
