The Scotts Hill Lady Lions Softball Team started week six of the season by hosting their rival Riverside Lady Panthers. Both teams were strong in the pitcher’s circle for the game, but Riverside was just a little bit stronger at the plate in a 0-2 victory over Scotts Hill on Tuesday, April 18.
Karley Bedwell started the game for the Lady Lions and recorded 15 outs. Bedwell was at the mound for the loss. The hurler surrendered one run on three hits over five innings, striking out five.
