The Scotts Hill Lady Lions basketball team faced off against the Bolivar Lady Tigers this past Friday, February 10. The Lady Lions wanted to end their regular season with a win. The Lady Lions were able to get the win over the Lady Tigers with ease. Scotts Hill beat Bolivar by 22 points with a final score of 58-36.
The first quarter saw the Lady Lions post 14 points while the Lady Tigers scored 11. In the second quarter, the Lady Lions added another 14 points to their total and held Bolivar to only six points. Scotts Hill headed to halftime leading by 11 points with a score of 28–17. The Lady Lions started the second half with their best quarter, scoring 17 points to the Lady Tigers’ 11. In the final quarter of play, Scotts Hill accumulated 13 points and Bolivar had ten points, giving Scotts Hill the big win.
