LHS Beta Club Holds 7th Annual Chili Cook-off
The Lexington High School Beta Club’s 7th annual Chili Cook-Off was a big success. A number of teams competed for the top prizes.

There was a big turnout Friday, February 3rd for the Lexington High School’s Beta Clubs, 7th annual Chili Cook-Off. Those attending were treated to a variety of taste at the event. This year’s grand champion was Jenny Gibson who had the best Wild Card with Potato Soup.
The winners were: Best Traditional, Roger Wilson;
Best Texas, Nicki Johnson; Best Five Alarm, David Williams; Best Wild Card (potato soup), Jenny Gibson; Business Winner, Crossroads Custom Catering (Tracy Salmon); Nonprofit Winner, Henderson Co. FD
Station 11;
Teacher/School, Brooke Britt; Judge’s Choice, Lexington Discount Drugs (Deanne Pace);
Grand Champion, Jenny Gibson.
