Lady Tigers Get the Homecoming Win

The Lexington High School Lady Tigers basketball program was really wanting to get things back on track after their loss to their in-county rivals last Thursday, January 19. The Lady Tigers wanted to get a win on homecoming night vs. the Northside Lady Indians this past Friday, January 20. The Tigers came out of the contest with a huge win for the home crowd, and the final score was 56–25.

The Lady Tigers came out of the gates hot, posting 17 points to the Lady Indians’ five in the first quarter. In the second quarter, Lexington added another 13 points to their total and held Northside to another five points. The Lady Tigers headed into halftime ahead with a giant 20-point lead, and the score was 30-10.
