Coming off a victory over the Lady Rockets of Clarksburg High School, the Scotts Hill Lady Lions basketball team set their sights on Frank Hughes, out of Clifton, Tennessee. The Lady Lions hit the road to Clifton on Monday evening, December 5, 2022. Looking for their third win in a row, Scotts Hill made easy work out of Frank Hughes High School. The Lady Lions took the win on the night by a final score of 59-21.
Scotts Hill was led in points in the game by Julie Hampton who netted ten points for the Lady Lions. Kaylin Wade recorded seven points in the win. Jordan Hampton, Heather Bartholomew, and Lacie Dunavant each scored six points for Scotts Hill. Both Brooklyn Wilkerson and Deanna Pusser posted five points apiece. The duo of Jaden Scates and Lily Peterson went on to score four points for the Lady Lions. Haylee Carter, Mallory Puckett, and Ansley Scott each recorded two points a piece in the victory over Frank Hughes High School.
