Lexington Volleyball Falls to Camden

In their last regular season home match, the Lexington High School Lady Tigers volleyball team welcomed Camden High School to their home court last Thursday evening, September 29. The Lady Tigers were set to celebrate and recognize the senior players on senior night before the match. Lexington looked to close out their home game with a victory over the Lady Lions but in a surprising move the Lady Tigers took the defeat against Camden. Lexington lost in three straight sets, 23-25, 20-25, and 22-25.
The team was led in assists by Kylie Atchison who notched 34 in the match. Emmy Corbitt collected two assists as well.
Ellie Smith would lead the Lady Tigers in kills with 18. Stella Huber recorded eight and Kenzie Reeves collected five. Both Kylie Atchison and Aubrey Hart each had three kills in the defeat. Gracie Bromley finished the night with one.
The digs leader for Lexington was Kylie Atchison with 14. Ellie Smith recorded 12 digs and Emmy Corbitt collected 11 digs. Atchison also led in aces with three. Stella Huber collected two aces and…
