The Scotts Hill City Board spent much of their time discussing water during its regular board session, September 6, 2022. First it was the water department and the state grant, and second was a proposed splash pad at the city park.

General Manager Clayton Armstrong updated the board on the water department and the TDEC (Tennessee Department of Environmental and Conservation) grant. Scotts Hill is looking to use grant funds to connect to neighboring water systems as an emergency source of water.

    Why are you totally neglecting the people living on Mt Lebanon road … leaving just a two mile gap between water districts … we were told there was water available when purchasing our property and then find out the ugly truth … we absolutely love our property however it took us 5+ month to get power and sewer and still no water … I would like you o k ow why as a new taxpayer er … can also contact Dorothyhaberer@gmail.com we will be waiting thank you have a great day …BonnieHaberer
