The attorney for Henderson County Mayor Robbie McCready has withdrawn the motion to dismiss the Henderson County Sheriff’s lawsuit.
The Notice of Withdrawal of the Motion to Dismiss was field Monday, September 12, 2022, in Henderson County Circuit Court. That original motion that is being withdrawn, was filed August 30, 2022.
While withdrawal of the motion does not end the lawsuit, Sheriff Brian Duke hopes it will lead to a settlement.
