City Board of Education Approved State Board Policy Changes

The Lexington City School Board approved most of the Tennessee School Board Association’s recommended board policy changes, during the group’s regular monthly session, August 18, 2022.
The changes were mandated by the Tennessee General Assembly. Board members approved the changes except for rule 1.102 because that rule only pertained to county school boards and 62.04 because it also did not apply.
