Scotts Hill’s Board Approves Exploring a Water Connection with Parsons

The Scotts Hill City Board agreed to pursue a connection with the City of Parsons rather than Decaturville’s water system in efforts to provide emergency water sources for the city.
Meeting Monday, August 1, 2022. the board agreed to seek a connection with the city of Parsons because of issues with a connection to Decaturville.
While the Parsons connection was more expensive, the city could qualify for a loan forgiveness program to help offset that cost.
