The old airport in Lexington was the site of the 9th Annual Young Farmers & Ranchers of Henderson County Truck and Tractor Pull on Saturday evening, June 25, 2022.

Casey Youngerman said that the event was another huge success and continues to grow.  “We raised enough money to continue our agriculture scholarship program and support our local FFA and 4-H programs. We present this event as a way to benefit the youth in our community and offer an exciting event to help raise money for those programs that is enjoyable for everyone,” he said.

Henderson County Fire Department Station #9 provided the concessions, while the Henderson County Rescue Squad assisted with the parking. The Henderson County 4-H parents, along with the high school kids in the program also were a huge help in this event this year, as well.
