R3 Re-Entry Program Explained

The special guest speaker for the May 31, 2022, Lexington Rotary Club was Joe T. Wood, who gave a presentation on the R3 Re-Entry Program, which is an education and work training program for the formerly incarcerated to help reduce recidivism.
Joe T. Wood serves as the program coordinator and works in cooperation with the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department.
R3 stands for Reflect, Reclaim, and Redeem, and follows in line with an executive order in March 2019 from Governor Bill Lee to help maximize public safety and reduce recidivism.
