American Legion Post 77 Hosts 15th Annual Classic Car & Truck Show

On Saturday, May 14, 2022, he American Legion Post 77 held their Annual Classic Car and Truck show and Folk Festival in downtown Lexington.

American Legion Post 77 held their 15th Annual Classic Car and Truck show and Folk Festival on Saturday, May 14. The weather cooperated wonderful, along with a cool breeze all day.
Opening ceremonies included an opening prayer by Henderson County Mayor Eddie Bray, the National Anthem sung by Cassidy Pollock and the Lexington High School ROTC posted the colors. Music was provided by local musicians, which played a variety of music from gospel to folk.
A variety of vendors were on hand for the public to browse merchandise all day. The Car and Truck show had a record-setting 80 participants, with door prizes, cash and trophies.
