Lexington Softball Win Three Games In a Row

After claiming two victories in the team’s first two games of the tournament on Friday, April 22, Lexington was back in action for three more games on Saturday, April 23, 2022. The Lady Tigers would play Warren County first, then go up against Huntland, before closing the day out with Stewarts Creek. The same results that have graced the team all year, showed up again for the Lady Tigers. Lexington won all three games to go undefeated in tournament play over the past weekend in Manchester, Tennessee.
In the game against Warren County, the Lady Tigers made quick work of things. Lexington got on the board in the bottom of the first inning with six runs scored. Warren County would add their lone run in the top of the fourth inning before the Lady Tigers added four more runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to take a 10-1 victory.
