Lady Lions Make It Three Wins in a Row

The Scotts Hill High School Lady Lions basketball team was on a recent string of success in winning back to back games. The Lady Lions went into the game against Riverside on February 10, 2022, looking to make in three in a row. What would be a game that went into overtime, the Lady Lions were in for a battle on the night against the Lady Panthers. In the end, it would be Scotts Hill reaching their goal and taking the win over Riverside, 51-49.
In the first quarter, Scotts Hill started out by scoring eight points and allowing the Lady Panthers to record five points. The second quarter saw the Lady Lions add 12 points to the scoreboard. Riverside was able to secure 12 points as well before halftime. In the third quarter, Scotts Hill matched their second quarter total of 12 points but saw Riverside score 15 points after intermission.
