Lions Basketball Eye Successful Season

The Scotts Hill Lions basketball team was in action last night as the team tipped of the 2021-2022 campaign. The Lions are looking to have another successful season and wanting to proceed into postseason play. Team members have put in the time and work it takes to achieve wins this season and are looking forward to an exciting year ahead.
This season the Lions have five seniors on the team as they will be the backbone of the program. Those players are Colton Bailey, Riley McClain, Ethan Hayes, Clint Powers, and Bryce Allard.
The team will also look to get some good minutes, and performances from the junior class as well. The juniors who are on the squad are Alex Chandler, Carson Liles, Riley Jowers, Connor Maness, Ripken Clenny, and Luke Ledbetter.
Becoming more comfortable with the schemes and how the program works, the sophomores will look to up their talent levels and be on the floor more and more this year. Those players include…
