Lady Tigers Getting Prepared For Start of Upcoming Season

The start of the 2021-2022 LHS Lady Tigers basketball season started last night, November 16, 2021, as the Lexington girls’ team headed into Humboldt, Tennessee to take on the Lady Vikings. We are going to take a look into the roster for the Lady Tigers as next week we will preview game highlights and action from this past week.
Starting with the senior players, Lexington has five seniors that are on the team this year. Candace Butler, Zoey Haynes, Diamond Holland, Sarah Simmons, and Jadyn Yarbro will be looked at to help lead the squad this season. For the juniors, Alaysia Belew, Callie McDonald, Holly Simons, and Kylie Waldrep make up the rest of the upperclassmen for Lexington this season.
There are three sophomores on the team this year. Those players are Shay Hollingsworth, Rebekah Wallace, and Ashontai Johnson.
