The special guest speaker for the Tuesday, November 16, 2021, Lexington Rotary Club meeting was fellow Rotarian Jessica Samford Conley, who gave a presentation on the state of mental health in America.
Jessica has a BA in Fine Arts and Education from the University of Memphis and a Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She is in private practice in both Lexington and Hendersonville serving trauma, mood disorders, spiritual trauma, anxiety disorders, compulsive disorders, substance or co-occurring disorders, and personality disorders (cluster b). She sees about 70% trauma in her practice.
