The small buildings at the Henderson County Convenience Centers have all started wearing out, and Sheriff Brian Duke offered the work release program at the Criminal Justice Center to help with replacing the expensive buildings.
Commissioner Mike Lefler, who is on the Solid Waste Committee, reported at the Henderson County Budget Committee meeting on Tuesday evening, June 29, 2021, that these new buildings “started out nice, but have just gotten better and better.”
