The Henderson County Grand Jury met on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 and handed down 48 true bills of indictment, including 2 sealed indictments:
• Davante O. Raspberry, Harassment
• Davante O. Raspberry, Statutory Rape
• Davante O. Raspberry, Domestic Assault- 1st Offense
• Adam Michael Pyle, Mitigated Statutory Rape
• Brandon Nance, Driving on Revoked License- 3rd Offense
• Brandon Nance, Driving Under the Influence, DUI 7th Offense, Possession of Schedule IV- Xanax, Possession of Schedule V- Gabapentin
• Kerry Lewis Mallard (According to the Circuit Court, this was a re-indictment of the same case that was indicted on June 2, 2020, with some changes in the legal verbiage), Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Minor, Aggravated Sexual Battery (33 counts)
