Henderson Co. Sheriff’s Dept Makes Arrest in Statutory Rape Case
Anthony Ventura, of Henderson County, was arrested and charged with one count of Incest and one count of Aggravated Statutory Rape by the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department.

The Henderson County Sheriff’s Department arrested Anthony Lee Ventura, age 39 of Henderson County, on one count of incest and one count of aggravated statutory rape on Friday, May 21, 2021.
The arrest comes from an investigation on incidents alleged to have occurred in December, 2020. According to the affidavits filed by Captain Tracey Grisham, the incidents involved a youth of less than 18 years of age.
