The BASS Junior State Championship was held on Carroll County 1000-Acre Lake on Saturday, May 8, 2021. All of the Scotts Hill Student Angler Junior teams finished in the Top 50 of the state. Team Hunter Sims (son of Kevin and Wendy Sims) and Caleb Brown (son of Don and Angie Brown) was the highest finishing Scotts Hill Student Angler team, coming in 9th Place. Congratulations to all of the junior division on a fantastic year and look forward to next season with each of you.
The West Tennessee Bass Nation High School Regional points race came to an end over this past weekend, with the final stop being out of Beech Bend Park on Kentucky Lake. The team of Chandler Pruett and Braden Wilson finished out the championship tournament with a 2nd Place finish and the big fish was caught by Braden Wilson. This was enough to move them into 3rd Place in the West TN points for the season. Good luck to all at the state tournament next month. Congratulations to all of the Scotts Hill Student Anglers on your accomplishments this year and look forward to another great season kicking off this fall.
