Animal Shelter Enjoys Muttstrutt and Pawpaloosa
On Saturday, April 24, the Francis Hensley Animal Shelter hosted the 2021 Muttstrutt and Pawpaloosa at Beech Lake.

The Francis Hensley Animal Shelter held their annual Muttstrutt and Pawpaloosa at Beech Lake on Saturday, April 24, 2021.
Muttstrutt 2021 winners were: 1st Place Thomas Morgan and Spanky; 2nd Place Emily Ashby and Barkley; and 3rd Place Simone Taylor and Pepper. Congratulations!!!
It was wonderful for all the participants to come out on such a chilly damp day. And it was especially great to have all those volunteers who made cakes and other sweets to make our cake walks such a success.
Lots of fun was had at this event and all the sweets found good homes. All the items and gift certificates that were used in the silent auction helped make the fundraiser a success, as well as…
