The Board of Zoning Appeals met on Monday evening, March 1, 2021, at the Utility Operation Facility with social distancing restrictions in place. Attending were Brian Williams (chair), Andy Anderson, Jimmy Burton, Centras Forney, and Jim McKee for the board, and Robbie McCready, who is filling in as the building inspector.

The board reviewed and approved a special exception by Michael and Kim Shea for a home-based business to be located within their home. The home is located at 418 Eastern Shores Drive, which is an R-1 district. Mr. Shea needed the approval to finish his application for a Federal Firearms License (FFL).
