Hadley Corbitt Receives District VFW Award

There was a special ceremony at Lexington Middle School on Friday, January 22, 2021 for Hadley Corbitt, who was presented a check and a plaque as the winner of the VFW District 8’s Patriot’s Pen Award. Hadley is the daughter of Jay and Heather Corbitt, who were also present for the ceremony.
Principal Whitney Owens introduced District 8 Chaplain Chris Dangler, who made the presentation to Hadley, and introduced members of the VFW District 8 team.
