Savanah Diane Foster, age 21 of Nashville, was arrested on September 8, 2020 from an incident in the parking lot of Walmart on August 3, 2020. After an investigation by Officer Wendy Nichols of the Lexington Police Department, Foster was charged with assault, aggravated assault, vandalism and aggravated child abuse and neglect.
