Henderson County Woman Arrested on Two Counts of Criminal Attempt to Commit Child Abuse

Investigator Crystal Duke, of the Henderson County Sheriff’s Department, arrested Lily Ann Gettings, age 25, of Poorhouse Road in Henderson County on October 24th, after the defendant’s one and six-year-old children tested positive for methamphetamine. According to the affidavits the six-year-old tested positive, via hair follicle testing for methamphetamine at 1,282 pg/mg, and the one-year-old tested positive, via hair follicle testing at 3,662 pg/mg for methamphetamine and for the THC metabolite at 0.10 pg/mg.
