The Henderson County South Lions are getting in the swing of things this preseason. Head coach Tyler Sowell talks about what they’ve been doing, “We have been practicing for about a week now, and we’ve been in helmets and shoulder pads. We want them to get used to having that weight on their heads and shoulders. Running through drills with that on can make your neck sore, so we want to make sure they get used to it before we add anything else to them.”
