Veterans Cemetery Committee Helps Plan Memorial Marker Dedication for Civil War Soldier

The Support Committee for the Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery – Parkers Crossroads held a brief meeting on Thursday, June 6th. The committee met with the new Administrative Assistant for the cemetery, Sherry Lott, who is retired from the United States Coast Guard. The committee also reviewed feedback from the Memorial Day service and discussed plans on the marker for a missing Civil War veteran from Henderson County.
