Grand Jury Returns 33 True Bills

The Henderson County Circuit Court grand jury returned 33 “true” bills and seven “no” bills at its October 1st session, according to the Henderson County Circuit Court Clerk’s office.
There were eight sealed indictments. Those indicted will be arraigned before 26th District Court Judge Kyle Atkins on October 9th.
