Lexington Asks Court to Dismiss Lawsuit

The attorneys for the individual defendants in the lawsuit filed by former City Recorder Cody Wood are seeking to be dismissed from the lawsuit which was filed just over a month ago.
The city’s attorneys responded to the lawsuit this past week, filing an answer to the original complaint, a motion to dismiss the individual defendants, jointly stipulating to a mediator, and setting a schedule for the case to move forward.
