Grand Jury Returns 53 True Bills, Hears 58 Cases

The Henderson County Circuit Court grand jury returned 53 “true” bills and five “no” bills during its June session on Tuesday, June 4th. Of those indictments, 15 were sealed as law enforcement officers worked to locate those indicted. Indicted were:
• Samantha Singleton, evading arrest on foot;
• Samantha Singleton, child abuse and neglect or endangerment (three counts);
• Matthew Moody, aggravated assault, domestic assault;
