Free Ten-Year Smoke Alarm Alerts Occupant to Late Night Fire

At 12:05 a.m. on Saturday morning, August 28, 2021, Henderson County Fire Stations 4, 7, and 10 were dispatched to Gore Park Lane to a reported mobile home fire.
Firefighters arrived and quickly extinguished a fire in the laundry room. The occupant of the home was asleep at the time of the fire and was awakened by the sound of smoke alarms.
