Scotts Hill Ends Season with Loss To Lewis County

The Scotts Hill Lions hit the road on Friday night, November 6, 2020 and made the trek across the river to take on Lewis County High School. Lewis County entered the game with an unblemished record of 10-0 and the Lions were hoping to pull off another upset in the 2A State playoffs. Lewis County proved to be too much for Scotts Hill and the Lions weren’t able to keep pace with them. Unfortunately, the season came to an end for Scotts Hill with the 40-7 loss to the Panthers of Lewis County.

Offensively for the Lions, Jayden Johnson was the leading rusher for Scotts Hill. Johnson had 13 carries that resulted in 122 yards. His longest carry on the night went for 47 yards. Johnson averaged 9.4 yards per attempt.
