Scotts Hill Student Anglers Have Success in Season Debut

Scotts Hill Student Anglers kicked off the 2020-2021 season at the West TN/State Bass tournament on Kentucky Lake this past weekend. There were 60 junior teams and 133 high school teams from across the area competing for a chance to claim the leaderboard’s top position in points. The bite was very tough for many anglers but several of the teams still brought fish to the scales. In the junior division, Kaleb Winstead and Gabe Avalos finished in 6th Place. Scotts Hill Student Anglers had 5 teams in the Top 50 in the high school division. Chandler Pruett and Braden Wilson brought in a nice 5 fish limit to the scales for 12.12 pounds, securing them the 2nd Place finish.
