Saturday, June 20, 2020, was a great day for the Mutt Strutt and Pawpaloosa event at Beech Lake. The event is held annually as a fundraiser and awareness event for the Frances Halbrook Hensley Animal Shelter. The Fun Run / Walk started at 11:00 a.m., and the cornhole tournament began at noon. The cornhole champions, Kevin Turner and Tony Brewer were awarded with trophies. Music was provided by the Cousin Marco Band on the stage, with vendors on site and the silent auction items on display.
