Bob Bass is the Detention Facility Specialist and County Corrections Partnership Coordinator for the Tennessee Corrections Institute (TCI). He met with the members of the Henderson County Jail Committee on Thursday evening, June 18, 2020 in the cafeteria of Lexington High School.
Bass presented his analysis of the Henderson County Jail overcrowding situation from a February 2020 snapshot, and ending with the current figures. At the end of the meeting he presented the certification for the Henderson County Jail to members of the committee.
